Leadership and Management Training:
Our leadership and management training workshops utilise our Holistic Coaching Matrix which we have designed to develop key skills for all levels, for personal and professional development. We offer workshops and coaching that cover:
- Lead Self: Myers-Briggs Emotional intelligence workshop, to increase productivity.
- Lead Others: Coaching Workshop, to build a coaching culture and improve retention of employees.
- Lead Teams: Belbin Team Role Theory Workshop for Managers, to be able to lead teams more effectively and build morale.
- Build High Performing Teams: Team building events to foster trust and develop team work.
Each of our workshops are delivered with a focus on practical outcomes, ensuring that participants can immediately apply what they’ve learned in their workplace.
On completion we offer 1-2-1 Coaching including 360 degree feedback surveys for those being coached from both their peers and managers so that our impact is measurable and we provide 24/7-365 digital support for this.
Staff Training:
- Bespoke Training Solutions for small and medium sized businesses - We can build and deliver the training for you.
- Mandatory Staff Training: Ofqual Accredited to deliver training and issue level 1 and 2 award in Health and Safety in the workplace, level 1 award in Fire Safety awareness, level 2 award in Fire Safety (Fire Marshalls) and Level 2 award in Manual Handling. Let us be your one-stop shop for staff training!
- Mental Health First Aid - We can deliver level 1 award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (Workshop to raise awareness in the workplace. Level 2 award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health(Ideal for Youth Club, Cadets and Sports clubs). Level 3 award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health if you want to establish a MHFA Team in your business.
- Sexual Harassment Policy Training (Updated 26th October 2024) We can work with you to deliver bespoke sexual harassment training to ensure to that meet mandatory UK Government compliance regulations.
